Research On The Implementation Problems And Countermeasures Of The “two 100,000 Yuan” Entrepreneurial Policy In Yunnan Province

It is of great significance for small and medium-sized enterprises to create taxes,increase employment,promote economic development for our country.However,the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is very difficult.Material resources,funds and other aspects of the lack of resources.the problem of capital shortage is very serious~and it has been the bottleneck of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.In recent years,our national economy has never been ideal.In2014,in order to change the situation of economic decline in Yunnan Province,the Yunnan Provincial Government launched the "two 100,000 yuan," microenterprise cultivation project,hoping to implement this policy.To solve the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises in Yunnan Province,Through three years of policy implementation,the "two 100,000 yuan" entrepreneurship policy supports an average of 30,000 small and medium-sized enterprises each year,and each enterprise receives 30,000 yuan.The implementation of this policy has created jobs and yielded very good results.The perfect policy does not exist,nor does the "two 100,000 yuan"entrepreneurship policy.There are obvious loopholes in the policy and it is difficult to implement it.In view of the problems in the implementation of the "two 100,000 yuan"entrepreneurial policies,we hope to find out the causes of the problems in the process of implementing the entrepreneurial policies with the help of the factor analysis method of Smith’s model,and to find out the solutions accordingly.
