Research On The Improvement Of The Excess Return In Evaluation Of Patent Right Income Method By Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

With fierce competition,patent rights are becoming increasingly emphasized,and the awareness of intellectual property rights is increasing gradually.Transactions such as patent rights trading and pledge financing have become more frequent,which has a higher demand for the valuation of patent rights.However,the evaluation of patent rights in China has been developing slowly both theoretically and practically,which will hinder the activities related to patent rights undoubtedly.Therefore,it is necessary to choose a reasonable method to evaluate patent rights.Under this background,the analysis of the influencing factors of patent excess returns,and the selection of effective methods to quantify the influencing factors of the value of patent rights,and the improvement of the traditional income method by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method will be a solution to the difficulties in the evaluation of patent rights.The paper clearly clarifies the advantages,disadvantages and applicability of the four commonly used methods for evaluating patent rights.Based on the particularity of patent rights,the income method is selected to evaluate the value of patent rights.Based on the characteristics of patent rights,it points out the deficiency of the income method to assess patent rights: The determination of the excess return can only be adjusted based on historical data and it is difficult to reflect the future risks.Therefore,in order to measure the influence of the uncertainty of patent right on its value,the author considers the feasibility of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to improve the income method.When constructing the patent evaluation system,first of all,this paper introduces the definition and method of determining the three parameters in the calculation method of the patent right of the income method;Secondly,it discusses the factors that affect the excess return of the patent right:the market environment,technical characteristics,legal environment,etc;Finally,the above-mentioned indicators have been weighted by the attribute hierarchy model AHM,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has calculated the rectification coefficient of the excess return,obtaining more scientific and objective results.The paper established an evaluation system for the value of patents,clarified the process of calculating the three parameters of the income method,which can help companies understand the value of patent rights,encourage companies to strengthen the management and control of patent rights,promote patent transactions,and establish a fairer market order.
