Since twenty-first Century,with the rapid development of China's economy,the development of commercial retail in China is facing new challenges.Shopping center is a kind of shopping,food,leisure,entertainment,art and other kinds of consumer services in one of the commercial forms.In the past ten years,shopping centers have developed rapidly in China,and more than 400 modern shopping centers have been set up in major cities in China.However,with the change of social contradictions in China,customer consumption trend has gradually become the research focus of various shopping centers in order to better meet people's need for a better life.In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and business performance,build a strong scientific and professional customer consumption trend of high and wide evaluation model,this paper takes Fuxin Xing Happy Family as the research object,analysis the enterprise customer consumption environment and the problems of consumer spending and the theory of customer satisfaction measurement model based on the establishment of customer consumption trends,using an empirical analysis of the customer survey data of Fuxin Happy Family,and put forward the improvement of customer consumption trends management advice.First,based on the literature research and interview method,combined with the customer consumption environment of Fuxin Happy Family,the main problems of customer consumption in Fuxin Happy Family were analyzed.Then,based on the ACSI theory,we extract the customer consumption trend evaluation index of Fuxin Happy Family,and use AHP to calculate the weight of customer consumption trend evaluation index,and construct the evaluation model of customer consumption trend of Fuxin Xing Happy Family.Finally,the consumer trend evaluation model to do empirical research by questionnaire method,using SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software provides three kinds of analysis methods:correlation analysis,variance analysis and discriminant analysis,and according to the statistical results of improved consumer trends management recommendations.
