With the advent of the era of 4G,competition among telecom enterprises will be increasingly fierce,and the group client market as a telecom enterprise quality customer resources,can bring stability to the enterprises and economic profits,is bound to become a battleground of telecom operators,therefore,how to adjust the existing group customer marketing strategy,the group of attracting more customers development and expansion of Fuxin mobile company has important theoretical and realistic significance.first of all,the group customer marketing strategy of related literature at home and abroad were reviewed and summarized,and the related concepts of marketing strategy and related theory,and then for the movement of Fuxin company group customer marketing strategy adjustment provides the theoretical basis;Then,the article analyzes the present situation of Fuxin mobile company's marketing,using PEST model to the company's political,economic,social and technological environment,through the five "potter" model to the enterprise facing the internal and external competition environment and the demand analysis,and SWOT model to its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of summarized;Then,points out that Fuxin company group clients disadvantages on the basis of the marketing strategy,through to the existing market segmentation,a new target market,and then from the product strategy,price strategy,sales strategy and relationship management strategy four aspects discussed the direction of group clients marketing;.According to the previous analysis,combined with the actual situation of Fuxin mobile company,this paper should be actively implement the brand strategy and price strategy,implement differentiation marketing strategy of group clients,strengthen and the group's customer relationship management,the existing group clients resources for effective integration,etc.
