The success of any enterprise is temporary.Enterprise will encounter bottlenecks in the development process.When enterprise encounter bottlenecks in the development,they need to analyze in time.Actively promote enterprise change can help enterprise to get rid of operating difficulties.However,enterprise changing is not easy to achieve.Significant changes have taken place in the strategic direction,organizational structure,enterprise culture,corporate system,business model and cooperation mode.These changes will make some senior manager uncomfortable.These changes will contradict the middle managers and grassroots managers.These changes will make employees confused.These changes will make some competitors counterattack.These changes make partners uncomfortable.In the process of enterprise change,enterprises will encounter heavy resistance from inside and outside.Analyze the resistance of enterprise change and make corresponding changes,can effectively avoid part of the pressure from inside and outside.Summary of enterprise change procedure,enterprise will have a clear workflow to makes changes fast forward.This paper will take the enterprise change of ASD tendering corporation as a case.Analysis of resistance to enterprise change,and summary of enterprise change procedure.To make a comprehensive analysis and research on enterprise change.
