With economic development and global competition continues to intensify, more and more organizations use change to promote their development, how to get employees to accept change and put the effort in, so as to achieve a "win-win’ situation of the organizations and individuals, this is a very important issue for many organizations.Starting from a personal view, basing on the context of organizational change, using organizational change pressure as influencing factors and change intension as an intermediary, through interviews and questionnaires, the use of statistical software such as SPSS, AMOS analytical processing, this paper discussed in detail the impact of organizational change pressure on staff career success. This study has several conclusions:the resistance for change mediates the relationship between organizational change pressure with employees career success; the more organizational change pressure have, the more likely to promote the generation of employees resistance for change, resist behavior will hinder the success of the employee’s career. Role in the regulation of career self—efficacy, employees supported behavior will increase.The study of the theoretical contribution and practical significance lies in:first of all, this paper will introduce the concept of career success to organizational change research, provides a broader perspective for organizational change; Second, this study focuses on the effects of organizational change pressure on employee career success, it provides some help to managers in the process of change for the organization of the staff in carrying out reform; Third, this study from the perspective of employees, paying attention to the individual level, provides some reference for later related scholars to organizational change from macroscopic to microscopic study.
