To identify credit risk,rural credit cooperatives usually investigates the default risk of its debtor by financial analysis.Y County is a place with abundant resources and rapid development in Inner Mongolia.With the development of rural economy,Y Rural Credit Cooperatives established a diversified business.Not just farmers,but small and medium-sized enterprises get loans from Y Rural Credit Cooperatives.Therefore,it is necessary to identify the corporate credit risk,and it is not only the key for banks' success,but also of great significance to county economy.This paper will make a comprehensive analysis of credit identification of Y Rural Credit Cooperatives based on theoretical study,after which a study based on the real data will help to locate existing problems in its credit risk identification process.Essential reasons of loan risk are classified as three types: management problem,excessive financing,excessive investment.Through selecting 8 financial indexes from different angles to reflect the risk status of the corporate,and giving the corresponding weight on financial indicators with the analysis method of AHP,the CRI credit risk identification model is built.One sample was used to test the validity of the model.With this model,we analyze this heating company's financial position,assess the potential credit risk and offer measures to prevent them.At the end of this paper,the risk identification suggestions of Y Rural Credit Cooperatives are put forward based on the risk identification model,with a view to improving its credit risk management level and ensuring the healthy development of corporate credit business.
