With the entrance of WTO,Chinese Bank scale development,the homogeneity of the service,the expanded spreads profit service model is not suitable for age and the demand of the market.In product marketing and services,Banks need to reduce costs,to fully understand customer needs,to provide attractive,customized financial products or services,fully implement the customer as the center of service concept,the implementation of customer relationship management strategy and study the bank’s business practices.In this background,based on the theory of customer relationship management,this paper analyzes Chinese commercial bank customer relationship management present situation and problems by case study.By the example of bank of communications(Hubei Branch),the paper explores bank of communications in the practical problems in the process of customer relationship management.This research concludes that there are superfluous parts and procedures in bank of communications(Hubei Branch).Thus,it’s time to build a new organization oriented by customer value,and puts forward how to build and perfect the measures of customer relationship management of commercial Banks.This conclusion is good to be imitated by other bank.
