After introduced into China, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has being favored by many people who had trying to seek suitable survival and development path for all enterprise. Commercial banks As capital-intensive and customer-intensive for the main features wanted to research and implement customer relationship management have great significance. With the fierce competition in international and domestic markets, the customer has become a valuable resource for survival and development of banks. Especially high-quality clients are to be an important source for bank profits. Therefore, the study and implementation of Customer Relationship Management has to be an inevitable choice for bank survival.This paper has introduced an overview of Customer Relationship Management, and customer relationship management-related case about domestic or foreign commercial banks, pointing out that the implementation of customer relationship management is the effective measure which benefit for Yunnan branch of China Construction Bank in order to effectively deal with competition. Father more, it has analyzed that Operational Customer Relationship in Yunnan branch of China Construction Bank, and its problems were also discussed. The aim is through effective customer relationship management, maintenance to be realization the corporate interests and the clients' interests, while also enabling banks to maximize the values. For the end, letting CRM be core competition for Yunnan branch of China Construction Bank.
