Research On International Settlement Risk Management Of Yuhang Import And Export Company

With the deepening of Global trade,our country's closer contact with the world economy has made China's import and export trade expanding.According to one data,China's foreign trade increased from 115 billion 400 million US dollars in 1990 to 277921 billion US dollars in 2017.In the short span of 27 years,China's import and export trade has increased by more than 200 times,and the scale of China's import and export trade has been expanding.At the same time,China's foreign import and export trade,small and medium-sized enterprises occupy an important proportion.Taking 2015 as an example,the foreign trade of small and medium-sized enterprises increased by 2.5% percentage points compared with the same period in 2014.Thus,SMEs play an important role in promoting China's foreign trade.However,while the foreign trade of small and medium-sized enterprises is growing more and more,it also faces huge risks of international trade.In these risks,international settlement is one of the important risks,and is concerned by the majority of researchers.Such as foreign cultural differences,trading habits and trading rules,language,exchange rate,political situation and other aspects of the impact of small and medium-sized enterprises in the international trade risk of diversification and complexity of the settlement risk.Therefore,further strengthening the research on the risk of international settlement of small and medium-sized enterprises is an important way to improve the quality of international trade,and it is also an inevitable choice to apply the theory to practice.In this regard,combined with the above problems,according to the theory of risk management,we use qualitative and quantitative methods to study the risk of international settlement.The article first expounds the risk,international settlement risk and other theoretical knowledge,and then analyzes the risk factors in international settlement,and divides the international settlement risk into national risk,foreign exchange risk,contract risk and L / C risk.In the qualitative analysis part,in order to better explain the problem of risk in international settlement,this paper uses the qualitative method to analyze the problems encountered in the current international settlement by the qualitative method,and analyzes the current import and export of reputation through some practical cases.The successful experience and failure experience of the company in international settlement risk management illustrates the possible risk types of SMEs in international settlement.Then,based on the above qualitative analysis,the AHP quantitative analysis method is used to evaluate the risks of the current international trade settlement.First of all,we combine the above qualitative analysis part to construct the international settlement risk assessment system of Hai air import and Export Corporation,and then introduce AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the weight of the index factor through the method of scoring and constructing the judgment matrix by experts.Finally,the weights are sorted to get different index factors in international settlement.The importance of risk management.Finally,combined with the above qualitative and quantitative analysis results,it puts forward the countermeasures and methods of risk prevention for the company.Through the above research,the scientific analysis of the risk of international settlement of small and medium-sized enterprises has been realized,which makes the SMEs more accurate in the international settlement of the risk.Through research,it also provides a realistic and theoretical reference value for the current import and export trade risks.
