China has been a big agricultural country since ancient times. The problem of agriculture and rural farmers is a fundamental problem related to the national economy and the people's livelihood. The issue of agriculture, rural areas and farmers is always the top priority of the whole Party's work.General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that China must be strong and agriculture must be strong;China wants beauty and the countryside must be beautiful;China should be rich and farmers must be rich. The growth of agriculture is the foundation of the foundation, the countryside is stable, the peasants are rich and the country is prosperous.Land is the root of the peasants' survival, and the land problem is a major issue relating to the rural reform and the stability of the countryside. The nineteen major reports of the party clearly point out that the land contract relationship should be kept stable and permanent, and the second round of land contract will be extended for thirty years after the contract expires. This is undoubtedly to the peasants and the new agricultural business entities to eat a "reassurance".Together, the rural land contract relationship will remain stable for up to 75 years, reflecting the stability and continuity of the policy. The implementation of this policy, the fundamental work is the first to do rural contracted land ownership registration certification.2017 central document stressed the need to accelerate rural land ownership registration certification work,as the end of February meeting of the national rural contracted land ownership registration certification work video conference pointed out,"speeding up" requirements more clearly, the term also more urgent. Therefore,in this context, this paper studies the theoretical mechanism between land ownership and rural land investment, mainly exploring the relationship between land ownership and farmland investment from the perspective of product heterogeneity, which has certain theoretical significance. This paper establishes a mathematical model,in 2015 the National Natural Science Fund Project(71333004)of the household survey data as samples, using Lasso method and factor analysis method was selected to reduce the dimension of the variables, and then by two logistic regression analysis result and through robust test.According to the empirical results, the research findings in this paper are:(1)whether the right of land determines whether farmers have the right to invest in agriculture is not significant, and does not have a substantial impact on Farmers' agricultural investment behavior. The reason of the result may have the following points: first, the investment of rural households in the sample may be used for rental or service flow of capital;second, sample area of land ownership to the farmers and the quality of the total land area changed little, the investment is affected by the adjustment of the land may be very small,so the marginal changes in capital investment not large;third, for those connected with specific plots of land investment, especially the adjustment may have a significant impact. However, most of the larger investments connected with specific plots, such as irrigation facilities and field roads, all show the characteristics of public goods, and the investment is mostly collective decision making, which is not related to the specific location of farmers' plots and whether they will change or not.(2)crop cycle has a significant positive impact on Farmers' investment in agriculture, that is,the proportion of farmers who planted short-term crops is small, while farmers who planted long-term crops tend to have higher investment in farmland, which is consistent with the theoretical hypothesis.(3)the degree of agricultural equipment and facilities has a significant positive impact on Farmers' investment in agriculture. That is to say, farmers with high labor input have low Reinvestment in farmland, and farmers with high technology input have high reinvestment of farmland based on the above empirical results, which is in line with expectations.Based on the above empirical results, gives the following policy suggestions:(1)to ensure that land ownership is completed on time,to establish and perfect the land property rights supporting mechanism;(2)to encourage long-term crop farming, farmers income escort;(3)to establish the long-term mechanism of rural infrastructure investment, improve the farmers' expenditure on technical elements of policy.
