In recent years,Internet finance which is combined with traditional finance and Internet technologies has become the most watched topic in the Chinese economic field,and as a new form of financing for the internet,crowd funding is not only enriches the level of China's financial market,but also has great significance for solving the existing financing problems in China.With the rapid growth of internet finance,the role of crowd funding in the fund raising operation of the company is becoming more and more important.A relatively low funding cost,higher funding efficiency and a more reasonable projects' valuation,these advantages of crow funding have solved many problems of corporate finance.In our country,however,an imperfect legal system makes it really easy to create a serious social event when it comes to equity dispute which involves many investors.Thus,as the equity crowd funding is on the rise now,it is extremely urgent and important for us to explore the possible risks of the equity crowd funding as well as how to respond to the risks.And risk control issues are the biggest problems of equity crowd funding,if they can't be solved properly,it will seriously affect the good development of this emerging financial market.As a result,in this paper,by introducing the raising stakes in the process the operation mode of the platform,I will give suggestion in this paper.In conclusion,all the platform mainly facing the risk of imperfect legal and the risk of operation,as well as the risk of lack of skill or moral.After identified the risk,I suggested the nation,investment players and the platform to reduce the risk as much as possible.
