The Study On The Transformation Of Inspection Institutions Directly Subordinate To Hubei Province Quality Supervision System Into Enterprises

Quality supervision is for the sake of improving product quality and ensuring social security as well as meets the demands of accelerating industrial upgrading and promoting the healthy and orderly development of economy.National inspection and testing institutions provide our government quality inspection with strong technical support.Along with the internationalization and rapid growth of global trade,the product quality inspection industry has already become one of the most promising service industries with the fastest growth.However,since China joined WTO,inspection institutions funded by foreign capital have flooded in China's market and third-party private testing organizations have been on the rapid rise,all of which have endowed traditional national inspection and testing institutions with great challenges and new development opportunities in the meantime.In the context of the adoption of a serial of national reform policies and the transformation of many national inspection and testing institutions in succession,it is of great realistic significance to research on the transformation of inspection and testing technique institutions of Hubei Province quality supervision system into enterprises.This paper will conduct an overall and systematic research on the development difficulties faced by inspection technique institutions directly subordinate to Hubei Province quality supervision system,and it will explore the best ways in which the inspection technique institutions directly subordinate to Hubei Province quality supervision system can realize reform with the method of comparative analysis based on the advanced experience of the transformation and development of national and foreign inspection and testing institutions.Meanwhile,by means of SWOT,this paper will demonstrate the upcoming advantages,disadvantages,chances and treats following the transformation of inspection and testingtechnique institutions of Hubei Province quality supervision system into enterprises,and search after the best strategies for these institutions to develop and expand.Last but not least,this paper will greatly explore the concrete strategy of the transformation into enterprises.
