Research On The Value Creation Path Of Kangmei Pharmaceutical's Internet + Whole Industry Chain Business Model

The vigorous development of the Internet as a national strategy has a great influence on industry transformation and people's lifestyle changes.As the first company in the Chinese medicine industry to implement the Internet+ full-industry-chain business model,Kangmei Pharmaceutical's successful transformation is a demonstration effect of industry changes.On the basis of combing the existing research results,this paper uses a single vertical case study method to describe in detail the entire process of constructing the business model of Kangmei Pharmaceutical Case Company's Internet + full industry chain,and summarizes the operating characteristics of the new business model.By exploring the drivers of value creation such as resource integration,industrial agglomeration,customized services,platform building,strategic barrier formation,and brand effects,the path to value creation under this model was excavated.The study found that the value creation of the Internet + the whole industry chain is a dynamic and complex process.Value creation drivers or individual actions or interactions jointly promote the value creation of the company.The case company's strategic innovation brought the company's profitability,industry status,and consumer acceptance to a higher level...
