Construction Of The Entire Industry Chain Of Overseas Mergers And Acquisitions And Enhancement Of Value Creation Capabilities

With the breaking of the original industrial pattern in China,the enterprises which have certain scale,capital base and industrial layout are actively constructing the operation mode of the whole industry chain while seeking to promote the industrial chain from the mid lower end to the mid-high part.Through analyzing industrial chain layout of the cases in recent years,it is found that there are a few enterprises that make up the gap of industrial chain by integrating global resources,and then establish a solid competitive position in the global market.This phenomenon of transnational implementation of the whole industrial chain is involved in agriculture,food,consumer goods,high-end manufacturing and other industries where overseas mergers and acquisitions occur frequently.The discussion of this paper topic is inspired by realistic background,and based on theory of afterwards enterprises internationalization and the whole industry chain,choosing Ruyi Group as a case of enterprise to carry out analysis,digging in its details while layouting the whole industry chain strategy by overseas M&A.To generalize the success path and the key value of the whole industry chain construction system,especially explore the ability to create value and demonstration mechanism.Through the combination of theory and case,this paper finally gets Ruyi Group about value creation mechanism of overseas M&A : namely,springboard effect and synergistic effects in overseas M&A,cooperating with the synergistic perspective and the industrial cluster effect in the construction of the whole industry chain,constitutes a dynamic process of value creation.
