Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has entered a period of rapid development,especially since twenty-first Century,the rapid development of industrialization,urbanization,and internationalization of the high-speed pulling heavy industry and electric power industry for more than 20 years before the average speed of development is growing,the trend continues,the next 10 years is a critical period of building a well-off society in China,benign and orderly competition jointly promote the steady progress of the socialist modernization of our country.But,as has the profound historical and cultural liquor industry,because of the impact of objective policies,the liquor market made a significant adjustment,strict control of the official business expenses that the high-end liquor market appeared obvious atrophy,the political environment has forced the development strategy of enterprises of our country liquor has been adjusted,the future of liquor industry will be more stable and rational.This paper is based on the background of development,combined with PEST analysis,Potter five forces model analysis,SWOT analysis theory,focuses on the macro environment,Luzhou Laojiao encountered in the development process of competitors,self encountered,advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and the challenge,in general the Harvard Analysis Framework,combined with Luzhou Laojiao financial data in recent years,through the typical case to analyze the data Luzhou Laojiao company's balance sheet,profit statement and cash flow statement,and discuss its solvency,operating capacity,profitability and development capacity from the analysis of financial indicators.Through the analysis of the environment,strategic analysis and financial data,in order to better present the future development prospeccts and possible development risk of Luzhou Laojiao,and constructively propose some feasible risk prevention models.This research,provide reference for Luzhou Laojiao company or other Chinese liquor listed companies the healthy and sustainable development.
