The total number of customers of TP insurance company is 24 million.TP Insurance Co.,Ltd.Sichuan branch,as a leading insurance company in Sichuan market,must maintain its market position and develop rapidly.How to create excellent customer service experience,so that the company's sales and service platform,customers can play their proper role in the marketing process is particularly important in.With the rapid development of business and the rapid growth of the number of customers,there are many problems in customer service management,such as the complexity of service application process,low efficiency of service,and the asymmetry of service project ratio with existing customer system and line marketing objectives.As the limited research model TP life insurance Sichuan branch is the largest branch of the system,with the number of customers in 2 million 230 thousand,including 23 thousand and 700 VIP customers,the data and research sample representative and prospective,the research results have a strong replicability within the group.The number and quality of high-end customers of TP life insurance company are all in the forefront of the industry.Its customer service concept and practical experience are also advanced and representative.With it as the research object,it will also provide a good reference for the research and management of this plate.This paper analyzes and studies the theory of customer service management at home and abroad,the status quo of customer service at home and abroad,the main competitors in Sichuan market and the customer service system of TP life insurance company.Finding out the existing problems of TP life insurance company in VIP customer service management,with the help of relevant theories and duplication of peer experience,we find ways and methods to improve service design.To promote the enthusiasm of customers to buy,to further improve the level of service management,and to promote the implementation of the company's excellent strategy.
