The Research Of The Construction Of Shenzhen Shekou Free Trade Zone

In the face of the development of economic globalization and the continuous enhancement of international cooperation,in order to create a favorable environment for foreign trade,and further deepen the reform,the Chinese government has proposed the development strategy of free trade zones.In the nineteen major reports,President xi once again referred to the construction of the free trade zone,showing the government's importance to the construction of free trade zones.Shenzhen has been at the forefront of reform and opening up,on the basis of summarizing the experience and lessons at home and abroad on the establishment of the Shekou Free Trade Zone and vigorously promote there form and opening up of the financial services industry and trade and investment management system.By the transformation of trade growth mode,the reform of the financial sector,innovation supervision service mode and the establishment of administrative system in accordance to the international investment and trade rules,Shekou free trade zone will become the pilot zone for the cooperation between Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,the important hub for the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road and the first batch in the reform and opening up.The reform and opening up is the great innovation of scientific socialism in China's new development,and the establishment of free trade zone in socialist countries is an important theoretical innovation of the Marxism.Therefore,it is of great historic strategic significance to establish a free trade zone in Shenzhen,the most cutting-edge city in the reform and opening up.Given the current situation of the rapid development of Shekou free trade zone,I select the construction of Shekou free trade zone as the research object to analyze the development status of the main field.At the same time,based on the problems occurred in the development of the Shekou free trade zone,I propose the countermeasures,so as to views for the long-term development of Shekou free trade zone in my perspective.This paper is divided into four parts:Part one: introduction.It mainly introduces the reasons,research significance,research status,innovation and research methods of the selected topic.The second part: This paper expounds the feasibility of Shekou free trade zone as the development of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone,and analyzes in detail the background,advantages and significance of the construction of Shekou Free Trade Zone.The third part focuses on the construction of the Shekou Free Trade Zone in terms of investment,trade and finance.The fourth part: describe the main problems in the current construction of Shekou free trade zone: improper macro regulation and administrative regulation,dilemma in the field of trade and investment,unsynchronized construction and financial reform of the free trade zone,then provide in-depth analysis of the reasons and the hazard of these problems.The fifth part: based on the analysis in the former four chapters,in light of the domestic and foreign trade especially the successful experience of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone,it puts forward the countermeasures to promote the comprehensive and sustainable development of Shekou Free Trade Zone.
