Nowadays,people's awareness of sustainability has gradually increased.In the actual industry practice,the concept of eco-designed effort is frequently used by companies.In order to achieve strategic goals,the company's product design philosophy of pursuing environmental protection has its practical significance.This is not only conducive to creating a beautiful and harmonious ecological environment,but also responds to the green development of economic policies.Meanwhile,it will meet the new trend of consumers' perception.It is undeniable that the integration of corporate a green concept into products can bring about various advantages.For example,adopting natural and environment friendly production materials can create a good corporate image or reduce the company's production costs.As far as consumers are concerned,the sustainable design products have improved the users' satisfaction degree,reduced their living expenses as well.However,how should the appropriate eco-designed effort values of product be set up among supply chain members to achieve the optimal goals? Based on the above problems,this paper makes a main discussion using Stackelberg game theory.This study involves a single brand owner and a single manufacturer.Under this basic supply chain structure,three different supply chain decision models are constructed in order: the brand owner undertakes the product's eco-designed effort,the manufacturer is in charge of the product's eco-designed effort and the centralized supply chain model.The paper discusses the degree of input of the supply chain members to the product's eco-designed effort,and whether the brand owner would like to outsource the eco-design of the product to the manufacturer.All of this have different effects on the supply chain.This paper further sets the objective function into three forms of pursuing profit maximization,demand maximization and social welfare maximization.Then,for each of the three supply chain decision models,the corresponding optimal product eco-designed effort,optimal retail prices,and optimal wholesale prices are determined,and the results will be compared.Next,through the data obtained from the actual research conducted by the K company,an example analysis experiment is conducted to verify the reliability of the model constructed in this paper.Finally,this article summarizes the research content and proposes supply chain management proposals that are of constructive significance.In the OEM and ODM Design Strategy of the decentralized Sustainable supply chain,the product eco-designed effort is always greater than the profit maximization objective function type when the demand maximization and social welfare maximization are objective functions.Under the profit maximization form,the market size will be the smallest corresponds to the study.Choosing the maximization of social welfare as a goal plan can indeed expand the profit value of both manufacturer and brand owner compared with profit maximization plan.After the sustainable supply chain choose cooperate with each other,changing the profit-maximizing operating objective to the goal of maximizing demand or maximizing social welfare will also increase product eco-designed effort.Although the market demand of the supply chain as a whole is the minimum when pursuing the objective function of profit maximization,the total profit obtained is in descending order of the amount corresponding to the pursuit of maximizing social welfare,pursuing demand maximization and pursuing profit maximization.
