| As a new product of direct financing for Chinese enterprises,the permanent debt plays a positive role in the development of new economic norm.From 2013 to the present,the permanent debt market in China has a big difference from foreign market.The relevant operational mechanisms and laws still have great room for improvement.This article examines how to develop permanent debt business from the perspective of commercial banks as an underwriter.It also studies how to promote the expansion of the bond business and how to optimize the bond market using the case of permanent debt issued in Inter-bank Dealers Association System.First of all,the article puts forward the necessity,the prospect and the current obstacle to the direct financing development under the macro background of China's new economic situation,and it draws out the important significance of the bond issuance business.Then,the research perspective is refined into the issuance of permanent debt.It explains the theoretical basis of the debt,the issuance process and the current difficulties faced by permanent debt issuance.On the basis of the above research,the article analyzes how to strengthen the comprehensiveness,authenticity and efficiency of due diligence,how to strengthen the management of bookkeeping archives and how to expand the permanent debt underwriting business.This paper shows that the adherence to the integral due diligence process and the optimization of the customer index system will strengthen the due diligence,authenticity and efficiency of the due diligence;establishing a unified standard,guiding the reasonable interest rate interval,promoting the exchange experience of bookkeeping can strengthen the management of bookkeeping;marketing advocacy,customer relationship maintenance,professional team building,performance incentive measures and the introduction of bypass products have a catalytic effect on permanent debt business from external and internal. |
