Research On Letv Ecological Business Model

With the application of "Internet plus" in different industries,different types of enterprises can utilize the convenience brought by the Internet platform to innovate and experiment.In this process,the enterprise type founding shareholders for enterprise business model of the effects of shape or change or influence mechanism is worth us to explore.This paper uses the case analysis,mainly through the typical business model innovation attempts-depending on the comprehensive analysis.First,introduce the development process of Letv and the formation process of ecological business model.Secondly,this paper analyzes the Letv ecological model constructed under the guidance of ‘platform',‘content',‘terminal',‘application'.Then explores its internal growth conditions and running logic,and analyzes the reasons for its decline after 2016.At the same time,the behavior of the founding major shareholder Yuting Jia is accompanied by the growth and decline of Letv.Through the research,this paper thinks that the Internet plus era has provided a good opportunity and an operable for the innovation and transformation of the enterprise,and it has helped to transform the enterprise.In the new environment,however,enterprises should ensure their free cash flow and financial stability,so they can stride forward.In order to avoid the convenience process brought by the Internet,they should innovate and expand the business model blindly.Letv has built the Letv eco-business model with the industry chain vertical integration,which is an innovative attempt for the network video industry.Meanwhile,while affirming the positive role of the founder for the company's value,it should also pay attention to the founder's ability to meet the development needs of the enterprise.Finally,in the background of the "Internet plus",the government is to encourage both corporate innovation and supervision,so as to provide good assistance for economic and social development.
