As one of the national logistics node cities,Wuhan has made great progress by using its geographical advantage,traffic condition and industrial foundation in recent years.In fact the development of the logistics industry is still lack of systematicness.For example,transportation network system is unreasonable,and the urban logistics infrastructure layout has little connection with the transportation network system,the informatization of logistics enterprises keeps low level and a serious lack of logistics professionals talents also exist.This problem lead to the imbalance between the urban logistics system supply and demand,and the development of the urban logistics industry can’t better meet the needs of economic and social development of the city.This paper treats urban logistics of Wuhan as its research background,treats supply and demand of urban logistics system and its influencing factors as the research object,treats the macro-running mechanism of urban logistics system as the foundation,aims to building model by the theory and method of System Dynamics.Then conduct Simulation prediction and policy simulation analysis to the variables of the model.And offering optimization solutions for the urban logistics system of Wuhan based on the simulation results,and providing support for policymaking decisions.This paper mainly includes the following content:First of all,making comprehensive analysis of urban logistics system after introducing urban logistics and related concepts.The paper builds up the whole framework of macro-operation and analyses the macro-operation mechanism of urban logistics system of Wuhan based on the analysis of supply and demand of urban logistics system and its influencing factors,which lay the foundation for the system modeling.Second,determining the system boundary and drawing the causality diagram and analyzing feedback loop based on the analysis of urban logistics system and the theory and method of System Dynamics.Then drawing flow graph,constructing System Dynamics Model of logistics system of Wuhan,and proving effectiveness of the model.Finally,predicting and analyzing the main variables of urban logistics system of Wuhan according to the simulation results of the model.Then adjusting the parameters values of the model from the aspects of the fixed assets investment,technology,logistics talents,urban traffic and industrial structure,and comparing the main variables of the supply and demand the logistics system and other relevant variables between the two situation.According to the simulation results,we can put forward relevant policy optimization suggestions for the logistics system of Wuhan in the five aspects above.
