Study On Credit Risk Of Internet Supply Chain Finance Inventory Financing Pattern

Along with the fast developing of the Internet finance this years,network financing have been incorporated into all sectors,financing models have continued to emerge,undergoing tremendous changes,and have been more and more popular in companies that have financing needs.Particularly the Internet supply chain finance(ISCF),finance and other innovative financial services can solve the financing needs of many SMEs,as well as include new markets and business growth for the bank.However,since the occurrence of the 2012 crisis in the steel trade,the risk management of this business sounded the alarm,credit risk control has become a priority for the Internet supply chain finance business.In this paper,the Internet supply chain finance inventory pledge financing transactions and trading background processes are introduced,analyzed the problem of credit using the principal-agent theory on this basis,and then come to the formation mechanism of credit risk;based on the business process chain,analyzed conduction of the operating risk to the credit risk;built models in the use of the elasticity coefficient method to analyze the conduction and conduction effect of market risk to credit risk of Internet supply chain finance inventory financing;analyzed the accumulation effect in the process of conduction of credit risk;finally,the credit risk control problem included management of risk source,weakening risk pathways and changing risk pathways was created.This innovation:(1)analyzed the issue of credit using the principal-agent theory,and then come to the formation of credit risk of the ISCF inventory pledge financing.(2)built the conduction model of credit risk of ISCF inventory pledge financing.Based on the formation mechanism of credit risk,using the elastic coefficient method,built the conduction model of credit risk.
