With the rapid development of e-commerce and rural e-commerce,the scale of rural online shopping continues to expand,it makes people more and more demand for courier services and prompts private courier companies to join the rural market one after another. However, the vast rural areas have resulted in overdispersed express delivery and long distance travel. Therefore, the high distribution costs have become a major problem for the rural express delivery enterprises to further develop. This paper selects two rural express delivery companies in the second and third tier cities as the research background, and takes the A and B private express companies in the region as the research object, researches the problems in the express delivery operation, and discusses the feasibility of implementing common distribution.,and researches the problem of benefits distribution of benefits under the joint distribution is discussed by quantitative modeling.By analyzing the existing operating modes of A and B express companies,it is found that A and B companies have problems such as high delivery costs and poor delivery efficiency. In order to study the reasons, actual data were collected to calculate the benefits of A and B express companies under independent distribution. It was found that the distribution of rural distribution areas was mainly due to the fact that each express delivery business did not reach a certain scale, which affected their respective returns. To reduce operating costs and increase profits, the two companies have incentives to cooperate. Therefore, based on the characteristics of rural express distribution in M county, taking into account the market share of the two companies in the local market,we propose that the cooperative mode of joint distribution of A and B express companies is: the joint distribution model of entrusted agents.Specifically,we select the end of the A,B business area network distribution to the villagers as the common distribution business scope, and the common distribution area is divided by the administrative area of the township. The B company entrusts all the express mails in certain townships in the M county to the A company distribution. For the common distribution model proposed above, how to reasonably divide the common distribution area, how to determine the benefit distribution model, and how to implement the benefit distribution of joint distribution require further quantitative analysis to find the best cooperation program.Considering A and B companies as a whole,A and B take active cooperation to improve their interests. For this reason, this paper introduces common distribution regions and unit service level compensation variables, and establishes profit distribution models for joint distribution of A and B companies under active cooperation.Substituting data from related areas into the model. However, due to the opportunistic tendencies of enterprises in the process of cooperation, they tend to favor the maximization of their own interests.B express companies use their private information to defraud A express delivery companies to choose the contract scheme that is most beneficial to themselves, resulting in negative cooperation..Under this circumstance, based on the maximum interest of A and B companies, the profit model of A and B companies under negative cooperation was established and the case data was substituted into the model.Through comparative analysis of the two modes of active cooperation and negative cooperation and the mode of individual distribution,it is shown that the two parties actively maximize the overall benefits of joint distribution under the active cooperation, and the final profits of A and B companies also reach the maximum. However, due to the possibility of negative cooperation,Company A needs to mobilize the enthusiasm of Company B cooperation.Through the quantitative analysis of the sensitivity of service level compensation and common distribution regional parameters,it proposes incentive measures to promote the active cooperation of Company B,including: Service Level The compensation will decrease with the increase of the region, give a certain percentage of rebates, and further clarify the scope of cooperation between the two parties. Finally,it was pointed out that B companies entrusted with 46% of the express delivery regional express delivery to A enterprise delivery and 4 million units of service level compensation per year, clear the best plan for A,B business cooperation, making the two interests maximized, forming a relatively stable state of cooperation.
