Research On Current Situation Analysis And Optimization Strategy Of Rural Express Delivery

With the rapid development of e-commerce,the volume of rural express delivery business is gradually increasing,and various express companies are laying out the rural express market.At present,express companies mainly adopt the model of township agency in rural areas,that is,express companies select an agent in each township to deliver and collect rural express,but there are some problems in this model.Taking Datian County of Fujian Province as an example,the current model of township agency in express companies has some problems,such as difficulty in picking up parts,high cost,slow time and so on.This is due to the decentralization of county express delivery network,resulting in the difficulty of picking up parts in the county and the small number of picking up parts in the countryside,which often leads to the closure of township express delivery agency points,and then leads to the difficulty of customer picking up parts.Datian County Rural express delivery is at the initial stage of development,with less rural express business and wide distribution in the countryside.Township express delivery agency faces a long transportation journey.In order to improve the loading rate of each pick-up and delivery express,Township agents choose to pick up and deliver express every few days,which results in the slow timeliness of express delivery.In view of the problems existing in the model of township agent alliance,through field research,and Research on relevant literature,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of rural express delivery in Datian County.The optimization strategy of rural express delivery in Datian County is carried out in two steps.The first step,the establishment of rural express distribution center in Datian County.Firstly,the influencing factors of Datian County Rural Express Distribution Center location are analyzed,and four criterion layers and twelve basic layers are obtained.Then,the weight of influencing factors of Datian County Rural Express Distribution Center location is determined by analytic hierarchy process.Finally,each influencing factor of Datian County Rural Express Distribution Center location is scored separately by relevant experts and calculated.The highest score is point C(east of Yushan Bridge),where the rural express distribution center of Datian County is established to achieve the goal of rural express distribution in Datian County.The second step is to design the circular delivery mode of rural express in Datian County.Firstly,the paper designs the scheme of rural express circular pick-up and delivery in Datian County,designs the network structure of circular pick-up and delivery,defines the responsibilities of nodes at all levels,designs the operation process of rural express circular pick-up and delivery,puts forward the requirements of facilities and equipment,the solution of overload problems,etc.Then,it uses the method of saving mileage to plan the circular pick-up and delivery line of rural express in Datian County,which ensures that every township has a cycle.On the premise of taking and delivering routes passing,seeking the minimum transportation distance and realizing the minimum cost,the paper concludes that Datian County's rural express circular taking and delivering routes should be divided into four parts,which are located in the southeast,northwest and four directions respectively.Finally,through the analysis of expected effect,it proves that Datian County's rural express delivery optimization strategy can solve the problem of rural express picking up,reduce the transportation cost of rural express and improve the timeliness of rural express delivery.
