Research On The Financing Method Of Supply Chain With Supermarket Chain As The Core Enterprise

With the development of society and economy,supply chain competition has become an aspect that cannot be ignored in market competition.Optimizing the resource distribution and cash flow can make full use of the various elements and promote the supply chain to be efficient and reasonable.As a result of the impact of e-commerce,the retail industry has great changes,and the performance of the traditional chain supermarket industry has declined substantially.The chain retail industry has a strong dependence on the supply chain,and the construction of the supply chain is relatively mature.From the perspective of supply chain financing,it can provide new ideas for related companies to solve capital problems.The paper first introduces concepts of supply chain and supply chain financing,analyzes the participants of supply chain financing,highlights the important role of the core company,and leads the characteristics of supply chain financing with chain supermarket as the core enterprise.Secondly,it introduces how to use the three traditional supply chain financing methods to obtain credit from external financial institutions.At the same time,it can also use new ideas to allow core companies to serve as capital providers and to revitalize the resources in the supply chain.Thirdly,Yonghui Superstores was selected as a core company in the case.The applicability of supply chain financing was analyzed from the perspectives of development prospects,financial status and supply chain.The supply chain financing plan adopted by Yonghui Superstores in recent years was studied and its financing plan wasanalyzed.Finally,the financing proposal was put forward for the whole industry.Most of the research on domestic supply chain financing focuses on the bankfinancial product design and the perspective of solving SME financing,and it is rarely analyzed from the direction of the core enterprise.Therefore,this paper studies the supply chain financing method centered on core enterprises,breaks through the restrictions on small and medium-sized enterprises obtaining financing from outside the supply chain,and emphasizes the establishment of a three-dimensional,internal and external financing model.SMEs rely on high-quality supply chains to obtain credits and solve financing problems;financial institutions use them to reduce credit risk and expand sources of customers;core companies can also act as capital providers to further expand their business scope,strengthen control over various elements of the supply chain and make full use of cash flow.
