Research On The Impact Of Shandong Province's International Service Outsourcing On The Upgrading Of Industrial Structure

Under the background of economic globalization and information age,the international division of labor is deepening,and international service outsourcing,after manufacturing outsourcing,has developed to be a new trend of global industry transfer.For undertaking countries,the transfer of capital and technology and the absorption of advanced management experience can promote its upgrading of industrial structure in the process of service outsourcing.China,as the biggest developing country in the world,is speeding up the pace of undertaking international service outsourcing,to make use of its advantages of low consumption,low pollution and high added value to constantly optimize the industrial structure and transfer the mode of economic growth.Shandong province has large population and strong economy in our country.How to grasp new opportunities of the tide of industrial transformation and exert their own advantages to develop the service outsourcing industry under the accelerated inoculation of industrial change become very important.So,to study how to undertake service outsourcing reasonably to promote upgrade of industrial structure has a strong theoretical and practical significance to Shandong province's economic development strategy.Based on this understanding,this paper uses theoretical basis for the combination of empirical analysis research methods and puts forward reasonable suggestions finally.Firstly,the paper introduces related concepts and theories of the service outsourcing and upgrade of industrial structure,and analyzes the conductive mechanism from the former to the latter;Secondly,it expounds the development status of service outsourcing in China and Shandong province and the advantages of service outsourcing in Shandong province.Then,it analyzes the theoretical mechanism of service outsourcing's influence on industrial structure upgrading,using the co-integration analysis and granger test,the mechanism of service outsourcing is empirically tested.The empirical results show that to undertake service outsourcing has a significant role in promoting to upgrade industrial structure in Shandong province,mainly through the mediation effect of technological progress and elements configuration,but the data analysis shows that the intermediary effect of technological progress is not significant.Finally,based on the results of the study and the current situation of service outsourcing in Shandong province,the paper puts forward the policy suggestions to promote the service outsourcing business,believed that to strengthen enterprise independent innovation ability,to improve the public service ability,and so on,will be the strategy guide of the development of service outsourcing.
