The Supply-side Structural Reform In China From The Perspective Of Two Major Divisions Of Marxist Social Production

In recent years,under the influence of the global economic downturn,China's economic growth rate gradually slowed down,and the economy developed into the "new normal".In order to adapt and lead the new normal of economic development and adapt to the changes in the international economic situation after the financial crisis,the implementation of supply-side structural reform has become the necessary act of economic development.The supply-side structural reform is rooted in Marxist political economy,and it is particularly important to correctly understand the Marxist principle in supply-side structural reform for the interpretation and policy reform.As an important part of Marx's political economy theory,the theory of two major categories of social production,which reveals the general laws,scientific nature and objectivity of capitalist social production,has been repeatedly proved in the practice of historical development.This paper chooses the theory of two major categories of social production as the starting point,through expounding the main contents of it,analyzes the dynamic equilibrium relationship between the two major categories,and combines the current economic development reality of our country.It points out the theoretical direction and realization path for supply-side structural reform.Based on the theory of two major categories of social production,this paper discusses from the following aspects.The first part discusses the emergence and development of the theory of two major categories of social production,tracing back to the ideological sources of the theory,through combing the formation process of it,to clarify the background of the two major categories so as to make preparations for the discussion of the theory of two major categories and social reproduction theory.The second part defines the related concepts,such as clear production and reproduction,individual capital production and social capital production,is the fundamental to understand the two major categories of social production.After clarifying the basic concept,this paper discusses the social reproduction from the aspects of social capital reproduction and the realization of social capital reproduction.Through the discussion of the premise,core and simple reproduction of social capital reproduction and expansion of reproduction,the scientific and rigorous division of the two major categories is proved.It will lay a theoretical foundation for the analysis of the economic reality of socialism in our country.The third part analyzes the dynamic relationship between the two major categories.All along,the objective law of "priority growth" summarized by Lenin is an important expansion and innovation of Marx's social reproduction theory.On the premise of improving the organic composition of theoretical capital,the balance of material form and value form of the two major categories can help us understand the performance of the structural imbalance between the two categories.At present,the economic problem under the new normal state of economy is the structural imbalance caused by the overproduction of the means of production.The last part,from theory to practice,not only proves the contemporary value of Marx's social reproduction theory,but also is the ultimate destination of it.Through the elaboration of the theory,we can come to the following understandings of the necessity of the supply-side structural reform: First,the economic law of social reproduction requires the basic balance of social supply and demand;Second,the serious problem of the imbalance of supply and demand has already emerged in the present economic situation of our country;The reality of the new normal state of economy puts forward the demand of supply-side structural reform for economic development.Therefore,the implementation of supply-side structural reform is not only what the new normal of the economy should have done,but also a innovative path toexplore economic transformation.In order to explore the way to realize the supply-side structural reform,this paper starts with the influence of supply-side structural reform.This paper discusses the methods of supply-side structural reform from "improving theoretical understanding" and "three goes",maintaining the balance of supply and demand structure,"one reduction and one supplement",and improving the quality of two major categories.
