Along with our country "Economic Engine" high-speed operation,enterprise management level is also raising,the corresponding tax law also is being updated ceaselessly,perfect.Tax planning as a of the enterprise management activity,is the enterprise managers and research scholars,the books,research papers are constantly emerging,research theory is rich with each passing day.Specializing in tax planning,tax advice and tax agents intermediary bodies gradually increased,but also for the tax planning has played a role in promoting development.On the theory of this paper,mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,the research content and method.On the concept of tax planning,tax planning and the comparison of related concepts,tax planning principles and features are described,introduces some tax planning for the basic method,and according to the elements of tax planning methods are discussed.In addition,on the basis theories of tax planning is also made the corresponding description.Through the tax planning theoretical research,according to HF company's existing operations,company HF tax planning space are analyzed.Through the analysis,the enterprises in the aspect of value added tax,enterprise income tax,other taxes and the financial management aspects of the corresponding tax planning programme design,at the same time on the implementation of the programme of risk was also discussed.Based on the theories of tax planning study,combining HF company's actual operating conditions,to the enterprise tax items tax planning space efficient mining,designed for the enterprise tax planning scheme,the scheme at the same time on the same business enterprise also have certain reference significance.
