FD Limited Company Tax Planning

Facing the development and perfection of the market economy and the increasingly fierce competition in the external environment,in order to be in the competitive position,the enterprise must rationally plan its own production and operation.Taxation is a big part of enterprise cost,if we can make reasonable planning without violating the laws and regulations of the state,to reduce the burden of corporate taxes,it will undoubtedly make the enterprise more competitive,tax planning has become an important instrument and approach.In particular,the tax environment of the enterprise is changing constantly in the day when the "replace business tax with value-added tax" pilot is fully pushed open,which requires the enterprise to design the latest and most appropriate tax planning scheme for the enterprise itself.The main content of this thesis is to FD co.,LTD.,as the specific research object,according to current situation of enterprise operation,design the most suitable for enterprise's tax planning scheme,so as to help enterprises to reduce costs,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,it's based on the theory of the domestic and international tax planning,and in accordance with the laws of the current tax and accounting,and the actual business of FD,it analyzes the current state of the corporation's tax and tax returns,and points to the problems that the corporation has to do with its taxes.Combining with quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method,this paper proposes a targeted tax planning strategy based on the two tax forms of value-added tax and enterprise income tax,and puts forward a series of guarantee mechanisms on how to make the tax planning scheme able to form a long-term mechanism in FD company and avoid the risk of tax planning.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,it can improve the tax planning level of FD co.,ltd.and help the design of tax planning scheme of other construction enterprises.
