Research On The Supervision Of Agricultural Trade Market In Gaoyao District Of Zhaoqing City

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stated that "the main contradiction in China's current society has been transformed into a contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and the development of an inadequate balance." The farmer's market,as a public service place at the end of the circulation chain,is with the people.The important infrastructure for the people's livelihood,which is closely related to the daily life of the masses,is a centralized trading place for all kinds of edible agricultural products and foods,and is called the “vegetable basket”.The standardized operation and cleanliness of the farmer's market reflects the city's urban environment quality and civilization.The quality of the "vegetable basket" is related to the people's expectations for a better life.In recent years,the implementation of the upgrading and standardization of the farmer's market in Zhaoqing City has greatly improved the hardware facilities of the farmer's market,and the management of the farmer's market has also been improved.However,due to the unsatisfactory management system of the farmer's market,the unsuccessful implementation of the planning and supporting construction,and the unclear duties of the market operators,the overall management level of the farmer's market is not high,and the problems of repeated occurrences of dirty,chaotic and poor have always existed.This paper starts with the government rational economic man and the theory of public management,and studies the farmer's market in Gaoyao District of Zhaoqing City.Firstly,the research background,purpose and significance of the thesis are expounded.The literature research method is used to summarize the research status of domestic and foreign farmers' market supervision,pointing out the basic methods,scope and innovation of the research.Secondly,taking the status quo of the farmer's market in Gaoyao District of Zhaoqing City as an example,the statistical survey method was used to collect relevant information on the supervision of the farmers' market in the relevant functional departments of the Gaoyao District Government of Zhaoqing City,and the case study was used to summarize the establishment of the national civilized city Zhaoqing City.The main practice of supervision of farmer's market in Gaoyao District found that there are still problems in the supervision of farmer's market,such as unsatisfactory supervision effect,unclear supervision basis and unsatisfactory supervision standards.Thirdly,according to the theory of the government rational economic man,the reasons for the problems are analyzed from various angles,mainly including the interest factors leading to low regulatory initiative,the weak enforcement of laws and regulations,and the impact of the staged confusion of institutional reform on the supervision team..Finally,it puts forward suggestions for resolving the supervision of the farmer's market in Gaoyao District of Zhaoqing City.
