Research On The Development Of Private Finance In My Country

Compared with official finance,private finance is formed spontaneously in the process of rapid social and economic development,and it also faces various opportunities and challenges in the development process.Private finance provides financing support for private economy and makes great contribution to economic development.This paper first collects the development status and trend of folk finance at home and abroad,and elaborates the connotation of folk finance,the classification of folk finance and the relationship between folk finance and formal finance from the theoretical level.Then through the investigation and research on the development of private finance in Guangdong Province,we find that private finance promotes the local economic development and its own problems.Finally,based on the experience of the development of private finance abroad,the author puts forward some suggestions to the development of private finance in Guangdong Province.Although private finance is still in a marginal position in the field of finance,people should pay more attention to its activity and effectiveness in mobilizing private capital.How to make private finance better play its role,we need to deeply explore its potential value,effectively control and prevent private finance risks,and at the same time,let private finance do better to boost economic development.As a province with rapid economic development,Guangdong private finance is very representative.The private finance of Guangdong Province occupies a large proportion in the overall economy of our country,and its development also plays an important role in the economic development process.The purpose of this paper is to study the development of private finance,so that we can re-understand the beneficial effect of private finance on economic development,and put forward improvement measures and suggestions to hinder economic development,so that private finance can play its due functions and provide beneficial supplements and moderate competition for formal finance.
