China's door industry has gone through three stages: initiation,growth and maturity.With the acceleration of real estate industry and urbanization,as an important part of door industry,the wooden door industry has also experienced a blowout-like rapid development stage.Enterprises in wooden door industry are mainly small and medium-sized enterprises,the competition among them is intense.In order to enhance an enterprise's core competence,the optimization of human resources shall play a more important role.YG Furniture Manufacturing Enterprise is a large-scale furniture group which integrates research and development,design,production,sales and service of furniture.In recent years,employees are extremely unstable,the quality of service is uneven,to a certain extent,damaged the company's efficiency,hurt the company's profit,weakened its market competitiveness,this phenomenon has been a difficult problem faced by human resources management.In order to improve the competitiveness of YG furniture manufacturer,realize the strategic goal of sustainable development,it is urgent for the company to design a set of incentive mechanism to stimulate its employees.Firstly,this paper combs the related research and motivation concepts and theories on employee motivation factors and mechanisms at home and abroad by using the method of literature research,and then analyzes the present situation and existing problems of employee motivation in YG furniture manufacturing enterprises by using descriptive research method from salary incentive,promotion incentive,cultural incentive and training incentive.The paper investigates the incentive factors of employees in different positions in YG furniture manufacturing enterprises by the methods of volume survey,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and puts forward suggestions for improving the incentive mechanism of employees in different positions and the incentive factors of different positions in YG furniture manufacturing enterprises.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for improving the incentive mechanism of employees in different positions from the organizational level,technical level and financial level.And cultural level,YG furniture manufacturers incentive mechanism to optimize security measures.In short,the study of YG furniture manufacturing enterprise management posts,sales posts,production posts,design Posts four job staff incentive factors,and put forward suggestions to improve staff incentives for different posts,can enrich the theory of staff incentive mechanism,and provide theoretical reference for YG furniture manufacturing enterprises as a whole to grasp the staff incentive mechanism.
