Open market economic development in the current society increasingly competitive today, the competition between enterprises in the industry are the talent competition, talent is the source of enterprise innovation ability, is to improve the production efficiency, make the enterprise in an impregnable position in the most basic resources, is the enterprise profit growth is the most basic and the most active factor. Human resources development, helps to improve the staff’s work enthusiasm, inspiring staff’s morale, make the company to keep the continuing vitality.Electric power industry is technology, capital and capital intensive enterprises, while the electric power enterprise has set up a complete factory nets separate and joint stock system reform, gradually broke the monopoly of the electric power enterprise, but for a long time to form the company operation and staff thought transformation has not keep up with the pace of reform. At the same time, shanxi electric power company is also the continuation of traditional human resource management, there are some jobs number of redundancy, employees work efficiency is low and other problems, is not conducive to attract and retain high-end technology and management talent. To solve these problems, enterprises urgently need to establish new staff incentive system, improve the behavior of the positive initiative, improve work efficiency, help to realize the goal of enterprise organization, achieve win-win situation between the individual and the collective. A set of scientific and effective incentive mechanism can make staff to be able to keep the enterprise core competitive ability in the competition, but all of the incentive mechanism is not perfect exist some shortcomings, in order to guarantee the lasting health and vigor of the enterprise, the company should be to improve the staff’s incentive mechanism and optimization.This article tells the story of related theory, this paper expounds the incentive of electricity transmission &transformation facilities of the company’s actual situation, combined with XX company problems existing in the current incentive mechanism are analyzed, and find out the cause. On the basis of this work, formulate incentive mechanism design principle, and according to the principle of electricity transmission &transformation facilities the company’s incentive mechanism is optimized for XX, XX electricity transmission &transformation facilities to improve the effectiveness of the company’s incentive mechanism, to stimulate the employees’ work initiative, to improve the work efficiency and achieve organizational goals. This paper mainly put forward in the incentive mechanism to improve the following two Suggestions:(1) deepening the reform of enterprises. The measure is the most important job is to security administration, transform enterprise operation and management system and leadership idea, get rid of the administrative inertia of the enterprise. The idea of using the most advanced enterprise management management experience, through scientific and effective incentive mechanism to focus on the competitiveness of the enterprise, will be placed in the enterprise development the commanding heights of human construction, personnel quality and fully understand the acquisition of corporate profits, to people-oriented concept to carry out the strategy of the enterprise.(2) build perfect human resource management system. Standard scientific human resources management system can effectively standardize enterprise behavior. Forms the enterprise promotion expectation effect. Avoid leadership and human management department in the process of the employees performance appraisal for impact assessment justice of degrees. Hr departments closely with business units to responsibilities clear, clear division of labor, strictly according to the requirement of the system of assessment and incentives.
