Research On The Optimization Of Profit Pattern Of City Commercial Banks

The defects of the profit model of city commercial banks will continue to expand,which will lead to the decline of the competitiveness of city commercial banks.The optimization of the profit model will increase the profitability,enhance their market competitiveness,and improve the operation performance of city commercial banks,so as to realize the rapid development of city commercial banks.The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the drawbacks of the profit model of city commercial banks,and then put forward optimization suggestions for these drawbacks.According to the logical framework of "problem-theoretical Analysis-Empirical case analysis-optimization scheme",this paper studies the optimization of profit model of urban commercial banks.First of all,we should absorb experience from previous research results.Then it analyses the current profit model of city commercial banks,combs the shortcomings,such as excessive dependence on traditional business,and the single type of intermediary business,and then puts forward the general path to overcome the shortcomings of the profit model of city commercial banks.Then,the characteristics of H Bank's profit model are analyzed,and it is found that the profit model of H Bank is dominated by interest margin income,company business and single type of intermediary business.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,we put forward the optimization plan: optimize the structure of assets and liabilities,so that the proportion of traditional credit assets has decreased;increase the proportion of non-interest income,so as to improve the income structure.In order to implement the profit model optimization scheme of city commercial banks smoothly,this paper puts forward several safeguard measures,including establishing effective product research and development mechanism and improving incentive mechanism.As an important part of commercial banks,urban commercial banks have a far-reaching impact on future development by studying the optimization of their profit model.This paper chooses H Bank as a case to evaluate and study the profit model of city commercial banks.The main purpose is to find out the common problems of city commercial banks in our country from point to point.In addition,this paper can also find out the special problems of H Bank in the study of H Bank,to explore the direction for the development of H Bank.
