Research On Financing Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In Yuci District

According to the report of the 19th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),if the strategy of rural revitalization is adopted,the first thing that comes to mind must be about agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Because solving the problems of three agricultural problems is the most important task for our party to focus on the national economy and people's livelihood.The development of agriculture and rural areas has entered a new era.Weather overall the development of urban and rural,or still insist on the people as the central idea all the time,and the green ecological sustainability later,It all indicates that China's agriculture and rural economy are developing towards green,healthy and fast.As one of the new agricultural management subject and an important part of farmers' professional cooperatives of modem agricultural construction,there are not only challenges,but also huge opportunities.At the same time,it has played an increasingly important role in the development of agricultural scale operation,agricultural supply-side structural reform and poverty alleviation.In recent years,China has launched a series of policies to support the development of farmers'professional cooperatives,but there are still many problems that need to be solved in time,especially the problem of financing difficulties.In this paper,based on the theory of financing,with the quality of questionnaire as the data source and factual basis,summarizes and analyzes the problems found in its development and operation,and puts forward the strategies and countermeasures for its causes.First,regarding the cooperation in yuci district,I used the method of questionnaire survey and interview to understand the current demand for funds and the actual situation of loans.After the overall analysis,it is found that most of the cooperatives in yuci district have a very high demand for financing,but the actual financing situation is inversely proportional to the demand,and financing is very difficult.Secondly,most of the cooperatives in yuci district have a great demand for financing at present.In the actual financing situation and under the condition of limited,using the information asymmetry theory and empirical analysis method,through internal level quality cooperative's own development and the environmental factors of actual borrowing external level,on the basis of two levels,it is concluded that the financing amount limited because of external and internal level limit level caused by bad.Third,analysis the problem of its own and external,and puts forward some measures to determine,perfect and raise countermeasures by strengthening the cooperative's own construction and improving the external financing environment,and finally solves the difficult problem of financing by the yuci district cooperative financing difficult situation and adjust measures to local conditions.
