Projec Management Method In S Petrochemical Company Material Procurement

One of the business activities shared by the company is the starting point of the production and operation activities.By optimizing the purchasing mode,the cost saving of the company under the premise of the normal production and operation of the company is one of the effective means to improve the competitiveness of the company.However,at present,most enterprises have various problems in the procurement process.How to optimize the procurement by using the idea of project management and improve the efficiency of purchasing has become the focus of scholars at home and abroad.Taking the large petrochemical enterprises in China as an example,this paper discusses the purchasing activities of the company,analyzes some problems of the company's procurement activities,and then puts forward some suggestions on the procurement activities of the company from three angles of procurement organization,supplier management and procurement process.In theory,this paper studies how to apply the idea of project management to the management of company procurement activities from many different angles,such as organizational structure,procurement process and supplier management,which has enriched the current theoretical research and has a certain academic significance.In reality,this paper selects the large petrochemical enterprises in our country as an example,analyzes the problems existing in the company's purchasing activities,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the purchasing activities of the company in combination with the project management methods,which will save the company's purchasing cost,improve its purchasing efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of the company.Therefore,the research in this paper is also pertinent and practical..
