The Research On D’s Procurement Management

Purchasing management becomes a new increasing profit point and more and more companies had accepted this viewpoint. Accordingly the companies start to put more energy on it. But most of the companies can’t meet what the companies required on the purchasing management, that results the companies’ purchasing management limited the development of the companies. It will improve not only the purchasing department management, but also have a potential effect to force the changing and developing of the other’s departments. Facing to plenty of good changing that resulted by the purchasing completing, more and more companies are willing to spend the energy on their purchasing management research.This paper focuses on the study of the purchasing management base on the purchasing management of the D company. At firstly, it introduces the fundamental theory of the purchasing and purchasing management, and also elaborates the supplier selection, supplier evaluation. Then, taking D as research sample and aiming at its current dilemma in purchasing management in three ways:the organization structure, purchasing process, supplier management. Then give the corresponding suggestions accordingly and validate these suggestions accordingly.D as a dairy farm company, the problems in D’s purchasing management has its characters that the research of its existing problems and upcoming solutions to these problems will, to some extent, benefit the enterprises of the similar companies.
