The marketization of interest rates is the inevitable result of the development of the world financial system.The interest rate marketization reform brings good opportunities for the development of financial institutions and also faces new risks.Study "How to minimize the risk of interest rate marketization and achieve a smooth transition of financial industry development? How to grasp the opportunity of interest rate marketization to greatly enhance the market competitiveness of rural commercial banks and give full play to the leverage effect of interest rates?" It has extremely important practical significance for the future development of China's banking industry and the entire economy and society.Shandong L Rural Commercial Bank is committed to serving local economic development,conscientiously implements relevant national policies,actively develops a number of Huimin businesses,and provides services for the people of the county,in credit loans,intermediary business,etc.The aspect has also achieved innovative development.The unstoppable wave of interest rate marketization reform not only brings development opportunities and broad prospects for rural commercial banks in L County,but also faces a series of challenges and threats.Combined with the development status of rural commercial banks in L County,it proposes to deal with the interest rate market.The countermeasures have become a top priority.This research is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.It introduces the background,research significance,combs and summarizes the research results of interest rate marketization at home,research methods and contents of this research.The second part introduces financial suppression and financial deepening theory,interest rate decision theory and interest rate transmission theory related to interest rate marketization.The third part is the development of China's interest rate management system and interest rate marketization practice and learning from the successful experience of domestic and foreign small and medium commercial banks.The fourth part is the impact analysis of interest rate marketization on rural commercial banks in L County.On the basis of summarizing the status of rural commercial banks in L County,making a detailed discussion from two aspects: opportunity analysis and challenge analysis.The fifth part mainly proposes five aspects from implementing differentiated business strategy,establishing scientific interest rate pricing system,improving risk awareness and prevention and control ability,actively developing intermediary business,attaching importance to financial innovation.County Rural Commercial Banks respond to the marketization of interest rates.The sixth part is the summary and outlook for this study.
