Research On The Countermeasures Of Dalian To Promote The Development Of Non-bank Financial Industry

During forty years of reform and opening up,the non-banking financial industry has grown up with the rapid development of China's economy,and gradually occupy an important place in the urban economy.After paying close attention to the achievements of non-bank financial institutions,we should pay more attention to the research and efforts made by local governments to promote the development of non-bank financial industries.The development of non-bank financial sector local and local government behavior are inseparable,in the condition of current market economy,local government efficiency and beneficial measures can promote the optimization of local financial ecological environment,effectively promote local economic development,the formation of positive interaction.However,the non-bank financial industry in our country faces some obstacles while it develops.These obstacles seriously affect the coordinated development of the non-bank financial industry and related industries,which will eventually lead to the stagnation of the non-bank financial industry.Based on this,taking Dalian as an example,this paper studies the development of non-bank financial industry,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions that local governments should take to promote the development of non-bank financial industry for reference.The fourth chapter conducts a qualitative evaluation of the development of Dalian's non-bank financial industry based on the questionnaire survey of related parties.These problems seriously hinder its role.Some respondents also gave some suggestions for rectification of their existing problem.The fifth chapter gives a detailed analysis of the problems in the development of non-bank financial industry in Dalian.The analysis of its existing problems mainly in the following five aspects:the total non-financial industry is not enough,the relatively small-scale non-bank financial institutions;non-bank financial institutions in order to profit in violation of the law in the process of serious violations of non-bank financial institutions target market Inaccurate positioning leads to difficulties in operation and ineffective performance in other industries.Due to the rapid updating of financial derivatives,the local government has not yet established a sound regulatory system as compared with the traditional financial industry.This will lead to small and medium-sized micro-enterprise financing difficulties,business development difficult,but on the other hand,investment and financing institutions without project can turn around and turn their attention to other provinces and cities,resulting in the loss of financial resources.Based on the analysis in Chapter 5 and the good suggestions from the respondents in the questionnaire,Chapter 6 puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the development of non-bank financial industry in Dalian.This article provides the following five suggestions:The local government should improve the non-bank financial laws and regulations,to strengthen its daily supervision,the establishment of multi-level three-dimensional non-bank financial institutions profit out of the platform,local governments should strengthen macro-control and Introduce policies to support non-bank financial institutions,continue to promote financial reform and optimize the industrial development environment,create an environment for the development of non-bank financial industries,build a service platform for financial institutions,and promote industrial agglomeration so as to exert a clustering effect.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,the research of this article is summarized.This study not only provides a reference for Dalian municipal government to formulate the development policy of non-bank financial industry,but also serves as a reference for other regions to study the development of non-bank financial industry,which has important practical value and theoretical value.
