Improve Scheme Research On Operation Management Of Insurance Funds For A Insurance Company

With its growing scale in China in recent years,insurance industry gradually manifests its important role in constructing and developing the national economic and safeguarding residents' personal property.The sustained and healthy development of insurance industry cannot realize without the long-term profitability of insurance enterprise management.The insurance institutions in the developed countries such as Europe and the United States,after long-term exploration,gradually found out co-development direction between traditional business insurance and insurance funds operation.Marketization of China's insurance industry began since reforming and opening up,and orderly operations of the insurance funds realize only since a short decade.There is a rapidly rising in total revenue of insurance funds while returns were not high enough,and the capital's operational risk is rising and risk control ability is insufficient.Compared with the mature operating mode of insurance funds in the developed countries,big efforts needed to improve.Based on the theory of assets and liabilities,the portfolio theory,the theory of risk management,and other insurance funds operation basic theory researches,and combined with A insurance company's actual data,by adopting empirical study and data analysis,the thesis evaluates the present situation of the insurance company's funds operation management.It analyzes problems occurring in the process of A insurance company's insurance funds operation,and makes suggestions about improve scheme on operation management of insurance funds and implementation scheme guarantee,aiming in improving the assets operating ability and controlling level of A insurance company.By means of empirical research on A insurance company,some conclusions about the operation of insurance funds are further drew,including establishing assets operation management mechanism with clear responsibilities,widening the channel of the insurance funds operation,improving technical environment of insurance funds operation and preventing and controlling funds risk,etc.The thesis plays a certain reference value for the operation management of insurance funds in China.
