A Research On The Model Of The Private Insurance Companies' Participation In Administrating Social Medical Insurance

It is important that the government establish and improve the medical insurance system to improve the people's livelihood.As a way of perfecting our country's medical security system,commercial insurance institutions to participate in social medical insurance management is helpful to promote the improvement of medical care.Based on the analysis of several typical model,it discusses its specific mode of operation and effects involved in social health insurance operation mode as the promotion of commercial insurance agencies for reference.Subsequently,the paper points out the existing problems in current situation and provides appropriate solutions.Finally,in order to enable the government to observe and supervise the operation effect of pattern,the paper constructs an index system for two different modes of operation of the performance evaluation,enabling the government to find problems and make improvements in a timely manner.Currently,there have been many studies in this regard,but in which the quantitative analysis of performance evaluation is relatively small.Therefore,on the basis of the various operating modes analysis,we found the problems and propose improvement measures;and in the index system of performance evaluation aspect,hoping this paper is able to make some innovation and improvement on the basis of existing research.
