After the sustainable and high-speed development of Chinese economy during the past two decades,auto identification and data collection technology have been widely used in many fields,like e-commerce,manufacturing,logistics,retails,government and so on.With the appearance of Internet of Things,artificial intelligence and cloud computing,AIDC technologies are fusing and developing further with these emerging technologies and provide services in the implementation of national strategies such as Made in China 2025,Internet+,and Big data.This paper aims on auto identification and data collection as research object on M company.To begin with,studying on domestic and foreign publishing reference and marketing theories and sorting out the overview,which provides theoretical basis for the research.Then analyzing on external and internal environment of M company,summarizing by SWOT method.Furthermore,studying on segments market,selecting target market and determining the market position of M company by STP strategy theoryThe proposal of marketing strategy is the mix marketing improvement strategy based on 4P+4C+4R.This strategy is innovative,which is blending and combining original elements.The method meets classical market theory frame but also is adapting the market characters of products,industry,enterprise and new era.Firstly,providing products and service on the base of customer requirement value.Secondly,making the layout of customer-centric market eco-chain.Thirdly,achieving customer loyalty by long term win-win.The last part is the innovation strategy in internet era--Big data precision marketing,which points out the significance,implementation steps and application direction in detail.The author wants to provide strategic guidance for auto identification and data collection business of M company and hopes her would become genuinely the industry leader and application expert,also provides reference in formulation of marketing strategy for other enterprises.
