Due to the sustained development of the domestic market economy,the trend of population aging in China is becoming more and more serious,and the problems brought about by the aging of the population are gradually concerned by people from all walks of life.Before the domestic government arranged pension model has been difficult to meet the needs of the social pension,government pension pressure is growing,so it is particularly important to develop the pension industry.On the one hand,the development of pension industrialization can provide diversified and multi-level pension products for the elderly,on the other hand,it can also reduce the pressure of population aging in China,and further promote the development of employment and emerging industries,and promote the sustained and healthy development of China's economy.From the age level of the population in China,we can see that the country has entered an aging society.From the data of the sixth census,we can see that the proportion of the elderly over 60 years old in China is 13.26%,which is far higher than the 10%standard approved by the international community.Changsha City,Hunan Province,is the central city of central and Western China.The problem of population aging in Tianxin District is very serious.The proportion of the elderly over 60 years old has reached nearly 18%.If the traditional way of social pension is adopted,the government financial institutions in this area will face tremendous pressure.Against this background,the pension industry has been placed high hopes.However,in real life,the development status of the industry is not optimistic.There are many problems in the industry,such as single pension products,low quality of service personnel,and inadequate management of pension institutions.Therefore,the research on the current situation and existing problems of the development of the old-age industry is of great significance to solve the development of the old-age industry in Tianxin District.According to the actual situation of the old-age industry in Tianxin District of Changsha City,this paper studies the development of the old-age industry in this area,and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the old-age industry in Tianxin District by using the methods of field investigation and data analysis.The research contents are as follows:Firstly,the macro background of the domestic pension industry is analyzed,and the related research methods involved in this paper are elaborated.The meaning of the pension industry is expounded in combination with industry theory and market failure theory.Secondly,this paper makes an analysis of the current situation of the research on the development of the old-age industry by the relevant scholars at home and abroad,draws on the experience of Japan,the United States,the United Kingdom and other aging countries in the development of the old-age industry,and uses the method of on-the-spot investigation to analyze the operation of the old-age institutions in Tianxin District and the expectations of the elderly,so as to clarify The market operation status of district pension industry.Thirdly,it demonstrates the feasibility of the development of Tianxin District's nursing industry from the aspects of quality,individualized demand,payment ability and industrial adjustment,and puts forward three reference modes for it.On this basis,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Tianxin District's pension industry.
