Selection Of Information Technology Outsourcing Providers In Rural Financial Institutions Based On Interval Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making

With the continuous deepening of economic and technological development,information technology is playing an increasingly important role in rural financial institutions.The dependence of business processes on information systems is also increasing.The demand for technical services has gradually become the pillar of sound operation and development of rural financial institutions.The management of technology service outsourcing providers in rural financial institutions has gradually become an important part of their business processes.The selection of technology service outsourcing providers has a direct bearing on the survival and development of rural financial institutions,and has profound implications for improving core competitiveness.Therefore,the research on the choice of technical service outsourcing providers in rural financial institutions has important practical value.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the status quo of outsourcer selection at home and abroad,and elaborates the research status of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making and outsourcer indicators and evaluation methods.On the basis of this,the paper follows the ideas and construction principles of index system construction,and analyzes the index system and its problems of technical service outsourcing providers by domestic and foreign scholars,and integrates existing research and rural financial institutions.Based on the characteristics,six sets of 20 secondary indicators have been established from the aspects of experience,'business reputation,technical capability,management capability,support capability,and service quality.The evaluation index system for technical service outsourcing providers in rural financial institutions has been established.Then,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each outsourcer selection method,a multi-criteria decision method based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is selected.At the same time,entropy weights method are used to determine the weight of each attribute.Finally,considering the advantage of MABAC(Multi-attributive border approximation area comparison)in multi-criteria sequencing,the paper combines the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers to propose an IVIF-MABAC(interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Multi-attributive border approximation area comparison)decision model,and tests its reliability and rationality through empirical research.This further validates the technical service outsourcing provider's index system and the practicality of the IVIF-MABAC selection model.It provides useful and valuable help for the selection of technical service outsourcing providers in rural financial institutions in China.
