The study is intended to discuss the influence mechanism of perceived corporate social responsibility on organizational identity and organizational commitment,targeting the highly educated employees.Perceived corporate social responsibility was developed as the determinant,organizational identity as mediator and organizational commitment as the outcome.The study focuses on the mediating role of organizational identity between perceived corporate social responsibility(including five dimensions,employees,consumers,integrity and justice,charity,environment)and organizational commitment.Qualitative and quantitative research methods were used in this paper.On the one hand,on the basis of theoretical analysis,the paper proposed theoretical model and research hypothesis;On the other hand,collecting data by extending questionnaires and testing hypothesis by using SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 software.The findings indicate that perceived corporate social responsibility has significant positive effects on organizational identity and organizational commitment;organizational identity has significant positive effects on organizational commitment;organizational identity mediates the relationship between perceived corporate social responsibility(as a whole and its five dimensions,namely,employees,consumers.integrity and justice,charity,environment)and organizational commitment.Theoretically,this study developed and validated a theoretical model of perceived corporate social responsibility,organizational identity and organizational commitment,v\which has certain theoretical significances for enriching the research of organizational behavior and human resource management.It verified the positive impact of perceived corporate social responsibility on organizational commitment.By examining the mediator role of organizational identity between perceived corporate social responsibility and organizational commitment,this study enriched the relevant research on organizational identity and provided some ideas for f'uture research.Practically,the studyput forward four guiding suggestions for business management in practice.First,enterprises should enhance the enthusiasm of fulfilling social responsibility and improve behavior performances of corporate social responsibility.Second,it is essential to strengthen and perfect the human resource management system and improve the level of human resource management.Third,take responsibility for stakeholder groups in practice.Forth,it is also necessary to give more publicity to corporate social responsibility behavior,to increase employees'perception of corporate social responsibility,so as to enhance the organizational commitment of highly educated employees and reduce the rate of brain drain.
