With more and more focus of the government, enterprises and the academic community on corporate social responsibility, there have been relatively a large number of the researches on its definition, dimensions, business performance and the impacts of consumers. As a new analytical perspective of corporate social responsibility, stakeholders have brought in more space for research, but the current perspective is still focusing on consumers. As the important part of corporate stakeholders, the feelings of employees on corporate social responsibility and their effects on organizational identification and organizational commitment are both the issues we will discuss in this thesis. Some scholars have given positive analysis on the influence of corporate social responsibility perception and organizational commitment and some scholars believe that there is internal influence of some kind of mediator existing between them. However, their selection of variable dimensions, research degrees on model refinement and targeted areas of respondents still need to make further research. Based on the above issues, this thesis has reviewed both the domestic and foreign relative literature combined with organizational identification in order to make a further analysis and discussion on the internal influence between corporate social responsibility perception and organizational commitment of employees. The thesis is based on the above assumption to review the literature and set up models for positive analysis. It tessellates selectively on corporate social responsibility perception and organizational commitment dimensions of employees and selects relatively high reliability and high validity scales to make measures by comparing the advantages of different models and the research appropriateness of this thesis. With the method of the positive research, we have made an investigation among employees in large and medium-sized enterprises in Dalian area. The investigation is resorted to the method of combining paper questionnaires and electronic questionnaires together and has collected 231 sample data. With the help of many methods such as the reliability and validity examination, the analysis of ecological factors, correlation analysis and regression analysis, we come to the main conclusions as follows. First, it proves that corporate social responsibility, organizational identification and organizational commitment have positive influence on each other. Second, it also proves that organizational identification partly plays a role as intermediary in the influence process of corporate social responsibility perception of employees on organizational commitment.According to the research conclusions, the thesis has come up with some suggestions for the human resource management of enterprises. These suggestions are mainly summarized to strengthen the corporate social responsibility construction, to provide good information communication and propaganda for their stakeholders such as their employees, to improve corporate social responsibility awareness in order to improve organizational identification and organizational commitment of employees and bring positive business performance.
