After the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee and the State Council proposed a strategy for rural revitalization.Because agriculture and rural issues are fundamental issues related to the national economy and the people's livelihood,China's reforms started from the countryside. Therefore, the 19th National Congress emphasized the continuous deepening of reform and promotion. The integrated development of rural one, two, and three industries supports and encourages farmers to work and start businesses, thereby broadening farmers' income-increasing channels. At present,China's rural and peasant life has made great improvements, but we must also recognize the shortcomings and improve them.At present, there are widespread infrastructures in China's rural areas, and production tools and technologies have not been improved. As a result, rural productivity is relatively low, mainly in rural and agricultural areas. When the per capita agricultural investment rises, capital deepening will occur, and vice versa, agricultural capital will be shallow.Studying agricultural capital deepening is of great significance to agricultural economic development. It allows us to recognize the extent to which agricultural investment has a positive impact on agricultural output. Therefore, this paper chooses Jiangsu Province as the research object. The first choice is that the selected objects have distinct hierarchical relationships, and different economic development levels are presented from south to north,so that comparative analysis can be carried out and corresponding conclusions can be obtained. The other aspect lies in the data.Availability and reliability, most of Jiangsu Province is located in the coastal plain, the statistics of the degree of mechanization in rural areas is relatively simple and reliable. This paper compares the different levels of agricultural development and capital deepening in Jiangsu Province, and further compares the country. The main ideas of this paper are to ask questions, analyze problems and solve problems.Firstly,by reading related literatures,we can find the research methods and conclusions of other scholars, and compare the similarities and differences and summaries to further form a literature review, further in the existing scholars. On the basis of ideas, form their own research purposes and methods, and collect relevant theories to form a theoretical basis. The third part of the article begins to measure the capital stock based on the first two parts, mainly using the perpetual inventory method PIM method, and The depreciation of the denominator is repeatedly modified and considered. The fourth part of the article is the performance description and statistics of capital deepening. It mainly selects several important indicators of capital deepening and concentrates on comparing different regions, paving the way for the empirical analysis of Chapter 5.The fifth part of the article is empirical. The main empirical problem is the study of the impact of capital deepening on agricultural economic growth. The data is used for regression comparison. The sixth part of the policy opinion is targeted for the empirical content and description content. The empirical part of the article concludes that the relationship between agricultural economic growth and capital deepening in Jiangsu Province is not completely positively correlated, and only positively related to some indicators of capital deepening. The article selects output, electricity consumption, fertilization amount, and total machinery.Motivation is a research indicator, and it is found that electricity consumption and mechanization are positively correlated with output, while total fertilization is inversely related to output, and the more developed regions, the greater the degree of technological contribution.
