Research On The Impact Of Deepening Agricultural Capital In Yunnan Province On Agricultural Economic Growth

Since twenty-first Century,profound changes have taken place in China's economic structure,and great achievements have been made in agricultural development.Agriculture is the foundation of the healthy and sustained development of the national economy,and the development of agriculture is very important.However,compared with the developed countries in the west,the development of agriculture in China has great shortcomings and gaps.The heterogeneity of agricultural development in the East and west of China provides a good opportunity for the discussion of the problem of agricultural development.Agriculture in developed countries shows the future of agriculture in developing countries.Yunnan is located in the western plateau area,the development of agriculture is relatively backward,it should be committed to continuous reform,and strive to realize the overall agricultural modernization of Yunnan in 40 years.The deepening of agricultural capital is an important symbol of realizing agricultural modernization and an important driving force to promote economic growth.With the development of the economy,the agricultural investment in Yunnan is increasing and the trend of capital deepening.The accumulation and deepening of agricultural capital in Yunnan is beneficial to the improvement of agricultural production conditions and the release of agricultural labor,to promote the growth and development of the agricultural economy in Yunnan.Therefore,the study of agricultural capital deepening in Yunnan has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of Yunnan's agricultural economy.On the basis of analyzing and drawing on the achievements of other scholars' deepening the research on agricultural capital and combining the actual situation of Yunnan's agricultural capital deepening,this paper studies the influence of agricultural capital deepening on agricultural economic growth in Yunnan.First of all,this paper combs the current research situation at home and abroad,defines the agricultural capital stock and the concept of agricultural capital deepening,because the definition of related concepts affects the research of the theme of the article,and expounds related theories and comments on the related theories,and provides theoretical support for the follow-up research.Secondly,using the perpetual inventory method,the stock of agricultural capital in Yunnan is estimated,and the evidence for deepening the agricultural capital in Yunnan is obtained.From the actual situation of economic operation,the performance and results of the deepening of the agricultural capital in Yunnan are found out,and the motive force for the deepening of the agricultural capital is analyzed.Furthermore,the impact of Yunnan's agricultural capital deepening and agricultural economic growth was empirically studied,and the promotion effect of Yunnan agricultural capital deepening to agricultural economic growth was clarified.A regression analysis of the growth rate of agricultural capital output ratio and agricultural economic growth rate shows that there is a negative correlation between the two.The efficiency of agricultural capital allocation and the efficiency of investment are calculated and studied,and the problems of agricultural capital deepening and the efficiency of agricultural capital allocation are studied from the various sectors of agriculture.Finally,the relevant conclusions are drawn,and the countermeasures and suggestions for deepening agricultural capital in Yunnan on agricultural economic growth are put forward.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn: first,through the estimation of the stock of agricultural capital in Yunnan,it is found that the stock of agricultural capital in Yunnan is constantly increasing,and the number of agricultural employment is decreasing continuously.The result of dual role results in the rapid rise of capital per capita capital in Yunnan and the deepening of agricultural capital.Second,the driving force for deepening agricultural capital in Yunnan comes from the continuous growth of the overall economy and the growth of farmers' non-agricultural employment and wage income.Third,the deepening of agricultural capital in Yunnan has a significant role in promoting agricultural economic growth,and has an important impact on the release and transfer of agricultural labor force.However,through the analysis of capital allocation and investment efficiency,the growth of agricultural economy in Yunnan is the growth of capital quantity,not the growth of capital quality,or the "epitaxy" type of growth.The situation of farming,forestry,animal husbandry and Fisheries in agriculture is basically in line with the whole industry.This growth mode is not sustainable.It is necessary to change the way of deepening the economic growth by deepening the capital deepening and taking the road of "internal extension".Fourth,we must have a deep understanding of the evolution and trend of capital deepening and improve labour productivity.To invest in human capital,to carry out agricultural research and development,to break down the system conditions for the fine-grained land,to establish a modern system of agricultural property rights,and to provide conditions for mechanization and large-scale production.We should vigorously develop the economic circle of the city,reform the household registration system,create conditions for the transfer of agricultural labor,perfect the diversified investment subject,and improve the efficiency of agricultural production so as to continue to promote the growth of agricultural economy and eliminate the two yuan economic structure.
