Research On User Trust Of Sharing Travel Platform Based On Structural Equation And Evolutionary Game

In recent years,the development of the sharing economy in China is in full swing.The way of thinking represented by the sharing economy and the convenient,fast and low-carbon lifestyle have been widely accepted and accepted by the public.In the field of sharing economy,sharing travel has played an important role in promoting the development of the national economy and the development of scientific and technological innovation.It is precisely because the sharing travel mode is accepted and used by a variety of people,the security problems of sharing travel platform are also exposed.Various incidents of infringement and property of passengers have been reported,which seriously reduce the trust of travelers on the sharing travel platform.For the current development of sharing economy,it is the problem of user's trust that needs to be solved.Only by increasing the user's trust can the user's willingness to use the platform be increased.Governments,businesses and the public play an important role in the process of standardization in the field of sharing travel.The solution to the crisis of trust,institutional supervision and improvement,and how to use technology to protect the safety of pedestrians to increase the trust of users on the platform,increase th e willingness of users to continue to use are the issues that need resolving.This paper studies the leading enterprises in China's sharing travel field named—DIDI.Through structural equations and trust game models,this paper analyzes the main influence factors of passengers' trust in"DIDI"and its utility principle.It discusses how the government policies and regulations,system guarantees,rewards and punishments mechanisms influence the users' trustworthiness on sharing travel platforms.Drawing on the research methods of scholars at home and abroad,and combined with the actual development background of China's sharing economy,we collect data by means of questionnaires,and analyzes the data under the condition that the data of the questionnaire is reliable and can be analyzed.The results show that:firstly,users' willingness to continue using,platform security payment mechanism,driving safety and platform external trust,i.e.platform word-of-mouth,have a positive correlation with users' trust in the platform.That is,the more s improved and completed these indicators,the higher the user's trust in the platform.At the same time,driving safety issues have the most sensitive impact on users' risk perception of the platform having positive impact,and the more traffic safety problems,the greater the degree of risk perceived by users;secondly,driver access criteria,security payment mechanism,problem feedback mechanism,price mechanism and government factors all have indirect effects on user trust in the platform,and indirectly affect user trust in the platform through a negative correlation with user risk perception.At the same time,users' risk perception is negatively related to user trust in the platform.Thirdly,among the restrictions on drivers,the setting of reward and punishment mechanism has the greatest binding force on drivers,which can directly affect the driver's decision-making behavior.The greater the punishment,the more likely the driver is to play an "honest and trustworthy role".Fourthly,trust transfer exists among platform,pedestrians and drivers.The higher the users'trust degree to the platform,the higher the users'trust degree to drivers,and the higher the users'trust degree to drivers,the higher the users' trust degree to platform,the higher Users'willingness to continue using the platform.
